Mesh Transformation

    The shader does not work in HDRP, but the function of creating blendshapes using a script works, you can add a simple shader that will change the texture and there will be the same effect with a combination of the script

    Perhaps the program "Wrap 3" will be useful to someone, he is able to turn from a model into another model with uv preservation, after that you move the model to unity and use the transformation.

    Hello, I would like to know if there may be support for HDRP in unity, I just bought your Mesh Transformation package, and it was impossible for me to do it with my avatars, I'm sorry I lost the purchase, could you tell me if I can do something, the project I'm doing is in HDRP.

    Hi, there are no shaders for HDRP, but you can create blendshapes using this script and use your model with blendshapes with any materials and shaders and it will work on HDRP. But this will only change the model, but you can easily create a shader in Shader Graph that will simply change the texture from one to another through the slider. The disadvantage of this method is that it cannot be changed in real time using a mask.

    Does this work with unity 2021.3.x (x being the last number not sure what is the newest one.) I am using 2021.3.15. Will it work with that?

    Hi, yes, so far there are no problems with this asset on any version of unity. (except for versions lower than 2017, I have not checked them)

    Hi, your bone is probably tilted 90 degrees, align it before exporting.

    Everything works fine for me with MeshRenderer, But with skinnedmeshrenderer it always either decreases, or flies up, or falls

    You have to set up your model as it is written in the documentation and click on the Calculate mesh button

    That's the maximum that happened. I repeat, I use the same mesh, the UV is identical, but it doesn't seem to work as expected with Humanoid. The mesh is stretched.

    Look carefully at the difference in the size of the model, you also do not need to copy my models for your own, make your own models so that the parameters of my models do not pass into yours, do not use a model with bones for the second model.
