Mesh partially not lightmapped

    I have a model of a two storey house, uv mapped in blender. Normals are checked and there are no double faces on this part of geometry. However after importing fbx to unity part of the mesh will not be lightmapped. What am I missing?

    Try checking "generate lightmap UVs" on the model import setting, setting the entire model to "lightmap static" and then rebaking and see what happens
