Why these lines persist in running?
    And how to remove them?
    Thank you.

    Mmhh...

Quite strange, I am not an expert, but I think the lines are a problem of shadows. Try increasing the bias of your lamps...

In the Unity viewport rendering you seem to have shaded wireframe selected.
Look right under the Scene window name and click, that is where you can change it to shaded view (only).

So you get those artifacts in the game view as well?

Can you share your model or better this scene?
It would make it a lot simpler to have a look at it like that. Because we have to guess like crazy at the moment :)
The issue could be because of the modeling, the uvs, the lighting (shadows), the used shader or maybe because of image effects.

If would be best if you could export the current scene as unity package, because like that, we get all the relevant parts with it automatically. In your file the textures are missing, and it is not clear how your camera setup looks, ... .

The edges of the uvs are too close to a black part of the texture which leads to this result. I don't know which application you used to create it, but there are often settings to e.g. increase the margin. This might help.
