Question Mesh Glitching out w/ Strips

I have created a mesh generator script, but whenever I set it to higher than about 36 by 36 it glitches out and spawns this weird line thing and doesn't create a full square. Also the lighting breaks on the edges. There are no errors, if anyone can help that would be great.

 

Are you hitting the 64k vertex limit?

I am sure I did not get any errors, but I think I may be hitting the cap. Thank you for your help
