MergePrefabs takes way longer than expected

    I have a scene with about 210 objects. Most are using prefabs.
    Opening the scene and starting or stopping play mode takes way too long. This seems to be caused by Prefabs.MergePrefabs which takes about 600 seconds each time.

    Unity Plus 2018.1.0b12
    I'm not sure if this is a bug specific to this version or just another problem.
    I should mention that I use many box colliders on most of the objects.

    Could you please submit a bug report with a minimal reproduction project and reply in here with the case #?
