Bug Menu bar refreshes unnecessarily.

    I've been working with 2020.1.0a24 for several days, and so far my feeling is that it tends to waste lost of time on unnecessary chores. An example to this is that the menu bar refreshes every time a bug is logged at the console. This very obvious when a buggy System (ECS) runs on every frame.... I don't know if this happens also with MonoBehaviours.
