Memory Leak from deprecated realtime GI

    This issue (https://issuetracker.unity3d.com/is...using-deprecated-realtime-global-illumination) was fixed in June for 2020 versions, but we're using the LTS 2019.4 and need it fixed there too.

    Is there a reason it wasn't also fixed in 2019.4? It seems like it should be otherwise we have a minor, but unavoidable memory leak that is making tracking memory usage to find any other potential leaks difficult at the moment on our console versions.

    2019.4 backport request is open, but hasn't been handled yet. Will loop back when there are updates.
