mecanim t-pose animation

hi there all,

I've got a problem with my animation, my character has crippled hands when I enforce the t-pose, I reset it and when I place them myself it says my character is not in a t-pose position, so when the animation is playing my character has funny hands. what is the problem?? how can I fix it?? HELP!!
