Mecanim - Muscles?

    In the video "Using Mecanim", there is a tab "Muscles" besides "Mapping" in configuring avatar. What is that?

    I would imagine it gives you the option to bulge the mesh as the muscles contract.

    I think it's not a rigging feature like Bones Pro. It is used for retargeting. Here is the hint:

    its mainly used to simply limit rotation, angles and twist of bones, making the rig look more realistic.

    I tried to limit rotations but didn't figure out how to do it.
    Any hints of how to limit the rotation of the bones using the editor?
    I think this "muscles" tab is just used to preview the deformations, isn't it?
