Bug MECANIM import errors on switching avatar definition

    bug reported 121318, this has been going on for a long time so I want to put the pressure on the mecanim team.
    when you set avatar definition to copy from another avatar and there is 100% bone mismatch the rig import panel errors out
    now if you switch back to create avatar from this model and set the bones until the figurine is all green, the press apply then done then apply again, instead of kindly importing the rig it emits an error again, talking about the previous avatar!
    In other words switching avatar definition in this case doesn't forget the previous choice

    the X that's to the left of configure, what does it do? pressing it does nothing = another bug
