Measure Tool in Reflect? - deactivated?

Hi there,

I'm trying to create a custom Reflect Viewer in Unity and when I open up the package and explore it further there are some inactive tools like measure. Why are these deactivated and how can we get them to work? I'm using reflect on my desktop only (no VR or AR) is it possibly a tool that can only be used in VR/AR and this is why its deactivated?
