McAffee decided system/ServiceModel.internals.dll had a virus....

    My work uses McAffe, it decided this file which was downloaded through the proxy servers was a virus RDN/Sivis.gen.a in fact. It therefore deleted it.. How nice.

    Its also frustrating that web proxies which require form based authentication like OAuth arent supported..

    Did you test several anti virus before deleting the file?

    no, as I did not get the choice to delete it our AV system just had it for supper immediately. I do not get a choice in its options.

    Tell your IT department to whitelist it.

    So tell your manager you're sitting on your hands until it gets resolved.

    Basically you've got a draconian AV software nuking false positives. This is an internal issue. We can't do anything for you here.
