It's easy not to know things.

You grow up watching TV, which tells you what to buy. So you buy what you're supposed to buy, which teaches you that you should spend money and that money is important because you need it to buy stuff. So you get a job to pay for that stuff you are supposed to buy.

In the meantime, you're taught that old stuff sucks, so buy new stuff, in fact don't even bother with people who like old stuff because they're boring... just buy the newest stuff.

Where in this blitz of consumerism, materialism, anti social system are people going to learn about the "past"... the past being 20 years ago. :)

We've finally become the robot slaves we always wanted to create.

    The internet perhaps?

Speak for yourself. I'm no robot slave and certainly not a materialistic, anti-social consumer. But, yeah, I see the world for what it is. A history denying, secular humanistic, evolution worshiping melting pot. Sad really.

I speak truth based on reality, based on examining the facts. Those are the facts.

Today's internet is not your daddy's internet. Everything is Google -> Ads -> Content. Or, a direct app download on the phone. There's really no "internet" as in home pages, links, etc. For most people, they surf the web like they shop... big box store, buy what they're selling, fin.
