maya fbx exporter

    I'm working with maya 7.0 on a mac, and am just trying to find out how to launch the fbx exporter UI. I've had success just allowing Unity to make the conversion, but was interested in playing with some of the settings on the exporter in maya. I downloaded the latest version of the plug-in from Autodesk (2006.08 for mac) and installed it, but I've no idea how to launch it. Quite sure there's an easy answer, if someone's got it I'd be much abliged.

    It'a a plug-in within Maya. Just go to File/Export All...(options) this will bring up a dialog to choose which format to export... choose FBX and hit Export. Then the file dialog comes up... choose a file name...hit Export... then FINALLY the dialog box to choose all the settings for the FBX exporter.

    hey thats great. I suppose if i'd just experimented with it a little more, i could've figured that out. I just never imagined the dialogue box would come up that late in the process. thanks for clearing it up.
