Maya 4.5

    I might be able to buy Maya 4.5 for $160 NZ (About%150 US). Should I get it or is it too old? Will it work with Unity?

    I had to buy it!
    its the PC version, so now I'm looking for old plugins, if anyone has any. As Kaydara sold to Autodesk, Autodesk dont host the fbx exporter for Maya 4.5.
    I think it exports to 3ds, but yeah if anyone has the old 4.5 fbx plugin, that would rock!
    PS its the unlimited version, cloth and fur, When released in 2002, it cost 7K.

    I had to get up in the middle of the night to surf the net to find out about it>Even then I didnt find out about its export formats....
