Hi People, I just start using Unity and really looks great, but I'm having a problem and I would like to know if someone can help me.
I have some models that looks Ok in Maya and when I import then to Unity, they look like "transparent" or like the front part is missing. The same model in 3DS works fine.
Does anyone knows what could be ?
    Thanks,
    Cassio

might be the normals are reversed. Just select normals > reverse from the polygon menu

EDIT: Didn't see this one had already been solved, so just ignore my ramblings below... Apart from the Welcome, that is...

Most likely, your normals are not correct. Unity culls away backfaces for performance reasons.

Enable backface culling in Maya, then it should be just as broken there ;-) Then fix the model.

    Oh, and welcome to.
