First I wanna mention that I didn't crack PS, I just downloaded legit free 30 days trial. Some of my Sprites are made by me in PS. May I release my game with Sprites that I made with free PS?
By "May" I wanna know if there is an restriction based by the profit value like unity has:
    Personal:
Revenue or funding less than $100K in the last 12 months

    Plus:
Revenue or funding less than $200K in the last 12 months

    etc.

I'm assuming that by PS you mean Photoshop, which is a product made by Adobe. Unity doesn't have any say in how Photoshop is used, nor in its licensing terms. If you're making a project with any software, it's really up to you to ensure that you're using those tools in accordance with the relevant licenses.

Do you mean to ask the same question on a Photoshop forum?

I mean that no one at Unity can give you an answer about whether your use of Photoshop aligns with the rules, since the rules in question are Adobe's, not ours. Sure, maybe ask on Adobe's forums, or find a free tool like Gimp or Pixlr.
