May I distribute Unity's official tutorials through a desktop App I am building for Linux?

I am building an App helping people learn how to use Unity. The app will be free for public to download through Flathub.

I want to know if I can use Unity Tutorials' contents in my app:
    - Texts
    - Images
    - Videos

Respecting any licensing those contents are using (I couldn't find if they hold any open license).

    Thanks!

    Generally the answer is No

The text of the tutorials are hosted on Unity's website, which is covered by this TOS:
    https://unity3d.com/legal/terms-of-service/site-and-communities

Any downloadable content for the tutorials is typically hosted on the Unity Asset Store, which means it is covered by the Asset Store license:
    https://unity3d.com/legal/as_terms

Unity tutorial videos are typically hosted on YouTube, which means they are covered by the YouTube TOS:
    https://www.youtube.com/static?template=terms

What you should be able to do is just open the user's default web browser to the tutorial page.

In theory, you could get written permission from both Unity and YouTube and be able to do what you want, since those license/TOS terms specifically allow for that. I'm skeptical that you would be successful.
