Maximum Attachment File Size?

    What is the maximums attachment file size? Does this include the screenshots? I'm asking because I'm getting a request timeout when attaching save files of 3MB and up.

    There is no max size for attachments, but a single report cannot exceed 10MB. For the request timeout, perhaps that is a slow connection issue?
