Maximising quality + speed

    I'm planning to use URP for an action 3d title. Is subsurface scattering + pbr texture a nice thing to have or are too heavy to consider? and what settings suit best for my project? thanks

    It depends on your target platform

    Im targeting desktops and mobile mainly

    Those can be miles apart, high end mobile can be faster than low end desktop.
    Best is to make a build on your target device and see what you can use before it starts to slow down
