materials missing?

I was taking a look at this:

I was wondering if anyone knows why the materials are off on a lot of the objects. It seems somewhat intentional, but I’m having trouble understanding why.

Do you mean textures?

 

These assets aren't meant to have textures. They're just prototyping/placeholder assets. Love 'em or leave 'em.
