Feature Request Material Conversion from HDRP to URP

    Same as there is a HDRP upgrade for Built In materials, please make one that can convert from HDRP to URP.

    I know many people ask for something like that and I have not heard of any plans to make it happen.

    It would help immensely in multiplatform development.
