Matcap type shader which also supports diffuse texture map and receives shadows?

    I'm just getting into shader forge and obviously right at the time when it seems to be getting phased out. :(

    Anyway, I'd like to create a matcap type shader which also supports a diffuse texture map and the assets UVs. So I'd like the matcap shader to go over the top of the diffuse texture and affect it with a control for the amount. Would this be possible with shader forge? I'd really appreciate any guidance in creating such a shader.

    Also, using matcap means that the shader will not receive shadows. Is it possible enable this somehow?

    Any help much appreciated.
