Looking For Contributor mario game

Hiya and im .... well im noot going to say my name so you can just call me kai BUT recently i got my hands on this cool 3D mario pack which has all models textures and animations i need but i dont know how to set up things like animation controllers or player scripts and i need some help im trying to make a mario game for my Mother (we both LOVE mario) so if anyone wants to help with it id be very gratefull
