Manual install SDK & NDK tools in Unity 2019.1.0f2

Download the following files from internet:

android-ndk-r16b-windows-x86_64.zip
build-tools_r28.0.3-windows.zip
platform-28_r06.zip
platform-tools_r28.0.1-windows.zip
sdk-tools-windows-4333796.zip


Asuming Unity is installed in folder "C:\Program Files\Unity", this location may vary.

Create the following folders:

C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\NDK
C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\build-tools\28.0.3
C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\platforms\android-28
C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\platform-tools
C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\tools

Uncompress the files in the zip files on their corresponding folders:

Unzip the files from the "android-ndk-r16b" folder in "android-ndk-r16b-windows-x86_64.zip" on the folder "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\NDK".

Unzip the files from the "android-9" folder in "build-tools_r28.0.3-windows.zip" on the folder "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\build-tools\28.0.3".

Unzip the files from the "android-9" folder in "platform-28_r06.zip" on the folder "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\platforms\android-28".

Unzip the files from the "platform-tools" folder in "platform-tools_r28.0.1-windows.zip" on the folder "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\platform-tools".

Unzip the files from the "tools" folder in "sdk-tools-windows-4333796.zip" on the folder "C:\Program Files\Unity\Editor\Data\PlaybackEngines\SDK\tools".

Ready.

If you Google for each of the file names (put them in quotes), you'll find the links. But if you install Android support with Unity, you should not need them.

 

not all versions are listed in the sdk/ndk archives (and not appearing in the google..)

like this ndk version that some recent unity versions require, its not available in ndk/downloads page
(have to manually craft the link from other downloads there)
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/android-ndk-r21d-windows-x86_64.zip

so if you need that old version, can modify url to:
https://dl.google.com/android/repository/android-ndk-r16b-windows-x86_64.zip
