For those of us who like to work with live entities in the scene view (subscene is open), we can select entities by clicking in the scene, but we can't drag them around or rotate them or drag materials onto them like we can with GameObjects (unless I'm missing something).

Is there a plan for more Scene-view integrations with Entities in the future? What kinds of tools might we see?

The current plan is that scene view interaction is done through authoring objects. It is not planned to support directly editing entities with handles in the scene view.

    What about dynamic worlds?
    Spawned entities etc?

    They dont have authoring counterpart.

It's a good question, and the honest answer is that I don't know. Right now our focus is on authoring objects and the conversion workflows. What the future holds for pure entity interactions in the scene view is not clear.
