Question Managing or activating a new license + about plan

Hi, I was trying to activate my free personal plan of Unity (latest full version) after switching to a new computer, and it said in the start menu after installation that I do not have a license, asking for either 'activating a new license' or managing a license manually. I am wondering which one I should go for, since I have activated the personal license previously on another computer.
I would like to additionally ask if there have been notable recent changes to the personal plan, such as if it is still free for the given restriction amounts, etc.
