Male Human standard character

    Hi there,

    so here is the male naked character thas goes with the female one.
    This "next gen" male character can easily have many customization.
    He is 6000 tris with 2048x2048 Diffuse, Normal and Specular maps. Maps were hand painted and he can also be used with or without normal map. The face topology was thought in a way you can make a facial rig if necessary.
    I joined .psd files of the textures, with all details on seperated layers, which allows you a lot more customizations + a high detailed model (around 22 000 tris) not rigged.
    Added also 2 free animations : walk and idle.

    Nice model, but it looks really high poly, how does it run in-game?

    thanks, but 5812 tris isn't high poly :)

    I know but the 3rd pic down makes it look really high poly lol :)

    ho the grey one ? that's cause it's ZBrush sculpt's renders :) i joined this to prove this is an original model
    should have precise it

    @ Hev Wow, realy nice model ! Gratz.

    @ Cnaff I think your trouble comes from the fact here is screen of hight poly and screen of lowpoly, the two greys images are hight poly sculpt, others are low poly with normal map.

    Okay, yeah lol I was talkin about the grey one! Anyways still a really nice model :)! (Didn't see where it said zbrush ;))

    when is it up on the asset store ?? :) i will buy both for learning purposes, as i think they look GREAT! im not that good at making organic things in 3D yet, but the rest i think i got some experiecne with, great to see such a great artist, hope you keep up the good work!! maybe do old woman and old man or children or something, so we can have an entire human standard package, would be awesome!!! anyways great job!! you got a buyer as soon as male hit store! ^^

    Hey thanks Rekaens !
    The male will be on the asset in a couple of days, i just need to rig/skin it and it will be fine. Im planing to make a pack of both male and female aswell so you can chose to buy one or the other or both a bit cheaper.

    awesome!! i will wait for your pack then since im a student the money i i got is very limmited :/ so that would just be awesome! thanks alot HeV! what software do you use by the way? and could you maybe make a short tutorial of how you do the painting and stuff like that? im very eager to learn, thanks alot in advance!

    I work with 3Ds max /Zbrush. For the tutorial well i dont have time right now but maybe one day.
    Just to precise a point, ZBrush sculpts are not included in the pack. I dont sell them in order to prove those models come from me.

    ah it's okay ^^ i startet out in max but then moved on to maya wich i prefer now hehe ^^ you use a pen in Zbrush dont you?

    yes sure, sculpting with a mouse is pretty hard and much longer

    How about some animations, clothing/armor packs, hairstyles and weapons? :)

    nhaaa this is a basic standard anatomic mesh. It's up too you to customize it. It has been done in this way. For animations you can match Mixamo's on it :)

    Damn. If I had any modeling talent, I would. :)

    Maybe you could release some as separate add-on packs in the future?

    well actually i didnt post it on the forum but i've done a couple of other human that are already available on the asset store. Those are reaaaally old one :p but there is an old man
