    Hi there! thanks for the interest on the asset!
    Yes Irval using AC has the similar characteristics of all the other assets
    It only has Realistic and Poly Art Styles (No Toon Style)
    It has blend shapes and scalable bones, it can be ridden.
    Materials can be changed using the Material Changer Component..

    Has set of Horns you can swap

    Poly Art Style has it own custom Shader made in Amplify Shader Editor..

    And finally it can be used on HDRP :)

    Interested in getting Unka the dragon, but I need to know it works 'out of the box' with an Xbox game controller pad. I had a quick look at the demo and while the controller did move the dragon, it did not do all the actions listed as keyboard commands. It also didn't rotate the camera, but I'm fine with that as long as the right stick on the controller isn't used. I can easily make a rotation for the camera. What I can't do though is make the dragon fly, land, and other actual features of it so need them to just work as is on the controller.

    I just bought the Horse Animation Set Pro and Unka the dragon.
    As I undestood Unka needs the animal controller to work 'properly' (to make use of the prefabs).
    Can I therefore use the animal contoller from the Horse Animation Set Pro?

    Hi there!
    You need to set all the Inputs on the Input Manager for the Game Pad
    and then Change those Inputs on the Malbers Input component:

    so your InputValue matches all the Inputs you set on the Unity Input Manager

    Yes!!! if you own HAP you dont need AC :) therefore Unka works with HAP/AC

    Hello,

    I am beginner on Unity 3D so I need help to understand something.
    Because on the Dragon Prefab there is no Collider, I added a Capsule Collider like that :

    is this likely to be a problem?
    I do not want my update create a negative impact.

    Actually it do have collider(s)... on the Spine and on the Head :)
    Ac does not uses a global capsule collider

    Hi, I just bought this asset and I'm not sure what's going on... almost all the prefabs have missing scripts and all the scenes except the eggs and animations scenes have missing prefabs and don't work. I tried relaunching unity and importing everything again and no luck. I need help :/ ...

    You need to have the Animal controller Installed on your project.

    thanks for the fast reply..

    Ok, I was wondering about that. The product page says there's a controller included... but there isn't.. or is there??? I had limited money and chose this asset after seeing the AC and then going through your other products. (I want them all) I chose this one since there was a controller included...

    Hello SuperDanOsbourne , it write you need the Animal Controller :

    If you don't want the Animal Controller, you can create your controller because character controller and animator controller are include in the asset.

    I create a Capsule Collider because I want to do this:

    I am curiously, how can I target the dragon by the tag name "Player" ?

    Ok... but the product page does say there is a controller included... I sent you a screenshot... you need to fix that... I didn't buy Little Dragons Sea, I bought -Little Dragons: Tiger.- And the product page clearly says there is a character controller included. ...

    Oh sorry it's same for the Dragon Tiger :

    Character Controller and Animations are include. There is no problem.

    Also, you can use Animal Controller too ---> Animal Controller are not include.
    I think you are confusing "Character Controller" and "Animal Controller" (Maybe the problem on the demo video is, there are using Animal Controller).

    Well... even if I went digging through thumbnails to find that, It doesn't say anything about a controller not being included... It just says that the new version of the product is not compatible with some older thing and it uses a new controller... which if you read the product description, it is clearly(falsely) indicated that a controller is included... can you not see that in the screenshot that I've included 3 times, now? it says...


    Here are some cute baby dragons......They think they are tigers. :p

    If you have a version lower than 3.0 Remove all the files on the Malbers Animations Folder and re-import the assets back again to avoid Errors with older script that are no longer used.

    Now I'm sure that the dragons and the AC are worth 5 times their price but surely you see the mistake you made on the product page. And I have wasted many hours today and have been disappointed. I just wanted to sit down and play with these dragons but instead I have to spend a day or two building a controller... If I had not been mislead by the product page, I would have just bought the AC or maybe the horse anim set. But right now, I've spent all I can afford to in the Asset Store (because of the Spring Sale).

    ok, so I bought the Animal controller after all. I installed it and the Playground with low poly wolf works but it does not work tor the dragon in any of the demo scenes. in the LD Tiger Realistic prefab, I see this (I think) is the problem...

    I think I am extracting the wrong file... there are two files named LDTiger AC 3.02b but one of them, my computer wants to open it in VLC... but I see it must be an archive :/


    Edit. I fixed the RAR extraction issue and went back and followed all the steps exactly as shown in the video but still the demo controllers are not set up right

    I will try to explain you (it's not my asset, so I am not a expert lol :D )

    You can unzip the rar file manually :

    1) Go to this folder:

    Path: Assets/Malbers Animations/Dragons/1 - Little Tiger Dragon/1 - LDTiger AC

    2) Here there is a rar file.
    In my version it's : LDTiger AC 3.02b.rar

    3) Unzip this file (me I just need to double click on this file)

    4) Now you have a new folder :

    5) Go to your Unity Panel on the same place :

    6) Open the Scene: 1 - LDTiger PlayGround

    7) On the Hierarchy, click on "the Dragon objet"

    8) In the Inspector, in the Component "Malbers Input (Script)" click on the Button Create :

    9) Then you can click to the "Play" Button to test

    Thanks. Yes as I was saying I already figured out the extraction. Still the controllers are not configured right and the animators seem to have lost their Locomotion states.

    I have done all these steps you are showing... I am not confused about that but there is something else that is wrong.

    What I have tried to explain earlier is that the Malbers Input script was unconfigured...not populated with actions (Jump, Fly, Sprint, Etc)...

    I closed Unity, Relaunched and started a new project, with one difference. I has URP before and this time I just used Standard. And now it's working. I Might try again later to see if I can reproduce the problem and let you know. I was so Sleepy I forgot to look at the console before :p

    I'm having the same issue with missing materials, although my project uses the standard built-in pipeline. :/

    Another issue: The dragon does not go into swim state upon entering the water trigger collider despite being set to tag and layer Water.

    Thank so much for using the assets and thanks for reporting this!! I found the issue :)
    (That is valid for all the Dragons)

    So here are the fixes:

    The order of the States on the Dragon should change to this:

    So Underwater can Interrupt flying in case you fly Right into the water :)

    2.- On the Fly State you should set the Underwater on the Sleep from state ... so when you are Under water you cannot fly:

    and Finally on the Underwater Script.. you need to add this lines:

    That should solve the problem

    I'm Fixing all that for the next update :)

    can you tell me what values you use to have this effect of realism?

    Examples: is there only 1 lightbox ? What's the lightbox components values ? Etc...

    It's fairly easy to do, just add postprocessing. If you have Meadow Environment, it comes out of the box with a good postprocessing profile. I have my own, you can e. g. use this one from github.

    Great asset so far. I am using AC and Unka.

    I'm having two Problems:

    1.

    Death from Flying does not work.

    Steps to reproduce:

    1. Let Dragon Fly
    2. Set Health to 0
    3. Dragon never enters the death/grounded state, just keeps falling into ground.

    2.

    Looking at States, the Inspector is just Empty:

    Hi,

    I've recently started using the Poly Art version of Irval and I've found a visible seam along a section of the back of the neck, is there anything I can do my end or is it something you'll need to fix in the model?

    It's evident in the base Wyvern Poly Art model and of course the Irval prefab created from it.
    It's pretty noticeable for me as I have the gameplay camera setup at the position of a rider.

    Thank so much for reporting this... since all the blend shapes are made with that Gap I had to create an extra Blend shape for that ...

    Yes Death from Fly is not working .... I fixing it as we speak :) it should be ready for the next update

    But the error with the inspector is some kind of a bug for that particular unity version.. don't know why :(
