    Thanks Gmax for the purchase,
    Just remove the image effects from the standard assets, those are the ones that might be causing the problem in Unity 5.5

    I just tested it in 5.5.0f3 and worked well for me,

    Hi Malbers,

    Just a quick heads up Unity 5.4 "clean project" works perfectly but Unity 5.5 "clean project" if i remove or replace the image effects I get an AI controller script error in 5.5... but its ok, I am on 5.4 now testing so its perfectly fine for now. Looking forward to the Wolf pack will definitely purchase ;) you really have great animation skills thank you for all the hard work!

    I want to create a sit down animation and a few other animations can you help out with a tutorial on how to achieve this with the bones/biped skeleton? I use 3ds max and Maya.

    I noticed that too, that is because in unity 5.5 they put all AI in the Unity.AI, that is the error is trowing. I will check that. and fix it.
    the wolf must be out soon... I hope
    and the fox must be ready next week

    The solutions is simple just put this in the Animal AI Control script

    Code (CSharp):
    1. #if UNITY_5_5_OR_NEWER
    2. using UnityEngine.AI;
    3. #endif
    4.  
    that will make it work

    Yeap , lately the Assetstore team is taking more time than usual, I uploaded December 30th, so lets hope it will be out this week

    the fox I will uploaded this weekend, I'm finishing the last things to upload :D

    Using the same technique for the little dragons I got the Zerda Fox Yay!! (Scaling some bones here and there) :D

    I don't need the wolves, especially not poly art, but I had to buy them. Simply because the animations are so awesome and I feel I haven't paid enough for the dragons and I want to show support. Malbers AAA animations are very distinctive :D

    rowlan thanks so much for the support, but remember when I finish all the animals and my colleague finish the little dragon mouse realistic update, he will start working on the realistic style for the forest animals, but this time with a separate upgrade package so in case you need a realistic wolf you can upgrade it :D.

    I can do modelling(Ex the Horse), but my passion is animation and rigging, that why I add my friend Orlando to the team, and put him in charge of the realistic styles;
    so we can create faster more top quality assets,
    (with his modelling skills and my animation/rigging skills)

    Top Quality Asset as always, just one question, are you planning to add more animation to the pack? for example an injured walk cycle for the wolf?

    I just was thinking yesterday, the injured walk animations, combat/angry idle..:D
    But first I will finish all the animals and then make a second pass of animations to all of them

    My daughter and I are having fun programming in Unity and using your asset to learn and teach. Thank you for creating this asset!

    I'm having an issue with some of the included animations. Half the animation play fine in the inspector, but the other 50% just show a polygon instead of the tiger avatar. All plays fine in the game when I hit play, but in the inspector there is no visual of the model. Please take a look at attached image.

    We are learning how to use animation events to sync the sound of a tiger roar to the idle animations, but without seeing the animation play in the inspector we can't choose the best frame to trigger an event.

    Any idea what could be causing this issue in the inspector? We are using Unity 5.5.0f3 on OS X 10.11.6. Thank you for any guidance.

    Thanks so much for purchasing the tiger
    and yes, there's just a polygon that is because the animations does not include the model (for less file size) just drag any prefab or a tiger model to the animation window preview
    1 Select any animation file and lock the inspector

    2 drag to the animation view a prefab or a model or tiger gameobject that you will have on your scene

    3 hit play in the preview window (unlock the inspector) optional

    Any good tutorial on how to use these assets and put them together?
    I just bought the wolves but I'm stuck on getting them to work..

    Maybe, I haven't tried. I tried to use the model and attach the components to it. But I'm not 100% sure what to do.
    Thus request for a tut

    to see the wolf on full action just open the sample scene located here:
    \\Assets\Malbers Animations\Animals Packs\01 Forest Pack\Wolf\Scene\ WolfScene

    or of you want it to do it on an empty scene just drag any of the wolfs prefabs to the scene, create a plane for the floor set the ground layer of the animal script to default if is not already set, drag the prefab freeCameraRig to the scene and set as target the wolf that should work.

    the wolfs prefabs are ready to use ! ;)
    I will prepare a tutorial on how to navigate through all the components of all the animals

    you can use the search filter to find the prefabs or scenes easier

    thanks for the quick response and all the help. i'll try it out when i get home.
    I did try to drag in the prefabs but when i looked the only wolves in the prefabs folder was the magic wolf, are they regular wolves in a different folder?

    they are all regulars, as show on the video you can deactivate the magic mesh and make it regular

    ooooh, okay, awesome. thanks for the help. and the awesome assets. I can't wait for more animals. I'm especially excited for the deer, moose and bear and rabbit. i guess I'll have to get all the forest animals. keep up the good work.

    That's great news! I understand about being behind. It kind of feels like it's that way for a lot of us right now.

    Love your tiger! Have the 4toon one as well, which is also ferociously cool. It would be awesome to get your animations on their model and maybe even a few the other way around. My attempts so far at transferring animations from one developer's models to another's haven't gone so well.

    It is going above and beyond, yet if you do get the opportunity it would be a big help and would mean a lot to me. And who knows, maybe from there I'd even be able to get the Horse Animset running on Protofactor's Pegazus. ;)

    I will make it also the tutorial with Horse Animset pro && Synty Studios Simple Horse , to show you that can be done with any model :D

    but I will make it with 3Ds Max which is the software I use, but it should be pretty generic, maya and blender must have similar tools I use.

    a warning though ; the process just enable a model to use the animations from another rig, (you will get the animations from the Horse Animset pro to the Profactor's Pegasus, and will loose the Profactor's Pegasus animations)

    That was lighthearted ribbing and I apologize. I'd much rather see the tigers than the horses. Will you still do the tiger?

    Right, translating 3Ds Max into Blender. I will do my best. Do you happen to have any experience with Skele in Unity?

    I'll likely skip the horse for now as the flying animation is important and I'm behind with time as well. However replacing the 4toon animation set with the Poly Art Tiger set is definitely of interest and something that I would make time for.

    Hi just bought the pack, the animations are really nice!

    I have two questions,

    I would like to link the speed of the running animation with the actual running speed.
    Right now if I increase the run speed slider the animations are not playing back faster. its just floats more.

    Second I would like to interrupt animations. for example the howling animation takes a long time, and if the players wants to just move and stop the howling how would that work?

    Here is the tutorial on how to transfer the rigging from one model to another.... lets hope I my English was not that bad :D

    I didnt quite understand the first question

    but the second one
    just do this
    create a new transition , and set this values like the image

    that will make any action animation be interrupted when you press any of the WASD keys..
    but the howl sound will still play, for interrupting the sound just add to the Sound Behaviour this lines of code
