Making dynamic AR app with CMS

    Hello. I want to make a dynamic AR app, having a CMS for targets and streaming assets.. The app must be fetching data from my online server. The user makes one install and will be getting updates via SYNCH.
    Can you advice me the steps I can follow to make this? SDKs, APIs.......?
    I am familiar with Unity and AR Core, Vuforia but for static stuffs.

    Yes. Used Vuforia and connected to a web developed in PHP
