Making a game like Nail Art

    Hello there,
    Can i make a game like nail art in 2D. i want to know how can i create different color effects through mouse dragging.For example polishing nail with nail polish.Can Anyone recomend me tutorial like this.Please guide me.

    How can it is possible to make a game like nail art. Even I heard about application for making nail art.
