Making a game from scratch for money worth it or not?

    It's definitely worth it to make a game for money.

    But it's not worth to make a game for money.

    I understand, right now I am having too much fun here to care about money. lol This hobby is just too good and I am learning C# programming in the process. I am killing a lot of birds with 1 stone here not gonna lie.

    So long as it's not a bunch of eagles that will rip you to shreds.

    Or imagine if your smoothly-worn pebble bounced off the head of an enraged ostrich? see it come for you claws and beak flashing before your eyes as you scream and tumble down a hill, presumably to a gloomy fate.

    What I have decided to do was follow this tut



    Now, I understand this probably isn't necessary and I could maybe use built in Unity 2D assets that starts a basic framework? thought maybe this would be useful to understand how it all works?

    let me know if there is any purpose to this video or if its a waste of time.
