Hello! I'm a videogame design student currently working on a Metroidvania videogame.

The thing is, what do you guys think it's the best way to create 2D metroidvania-like environments (considering that the sprites are already done)? I'm looking forward to making levels as quick as possible, so I figured out Unity's new Tilemap tool could be useful. Are there any other Unity tools I should consider? I'd be more than grateful if you guys could share a couple tutorials on using the tools.

Thank you so much for your quick reply. Well, I suppose the art style would somehow resemble Hollow Knight's or Night in The Woods, simple yet animated frame by frame.

I'll give the Tilemap a go. Thank you! :)
