Feedback Make the "Getting Started" forum more prominent

It seems like it would be helpful to many if the "Getting Started" was featured more noticeably in the forum list. The forum doesn't currently get much traffic, despite there being plenty of posts in Scripting and other forums that begin something like "I'm new to Unity and new to C#".

I had initially considered whether it would make sense to direct force new users (those with 0 or a very small number of posts) to post only to Getting Started until they had a few posts, but that's probably a terrible idea. Instead, how about making that forum more obvious as a place for new users? And maybe start moderating more posts over to that forum?
