Make review in asset store

    Hello,

    I'm trying to make a review in the asset store but i can't. It's write : Please download this asset to leave a review.
    Actualy, I did :
    -Download the asset (it's free)
    -Import into unity (from Firefox to Unity)
    -Used it.

    I loved the asset and want to make it a review but sadly i can't. Do you know why ?

    I'd create a new project, then within the Editor import the asset from the store instead of through a web browser. That's how I've always imported, and never had an issue with posting a review. I think I still have the open in unity web browser functionality entirely disabled due to some old security vulnerability work arounds from a couple years back, so never even done it that way.

    I think i have already tried it but i'm not sure. I'll do it "again" ;)

    EDIT : tried it but it doesnt work :s Maybe i have to instal a new unity :s
    EDIT2 : i tried on another asset and it works well. Don't know why it doesn't for this one :s

    I can't review this asset neither "Ultimate 10+ Shaders". It destroyed my project on import, can't even leave a 1 star.

    did you use HDRP?? or URP??

    Also some reviews, if its something you just deleted are slow ,you may need to wait a day or so... if they are newly downloaded...

    Hello,
    I have the same issue with every assets, every Unity version.
    I tried to log out/Log in
    I tried to reinstall Unity.
    I tried to change pipeline
    I tried with new assets
    I can't anymore with ones it was possible before
    Anybody have an idea?

    Hmm, thats interesting to me particularily. I no longer use that shader asset since moving into HDRP, however, i have used that exact shader package, for years in standard, and it worked great.

    That post is over a year old and even then it was complete nonsense because that's not how the import process works.

    Does anyone have a fix for this? I've never been able to leave a review. Every asset I've ever bought says "Please download this asset to leave a review". I've been using most assets for months and even years!
