Make purchase to remove logo from the app

I am just considering publishing an utility app, where user will be able to record his work or take pictures of it. This will be a free app, but I would like to place a logo, which would be removable after making an IAP purchase. Does it make sense and is there a simple solution for a scenario like that?

 

Yes, this would be possible. Before you implement IAP, create a simple button during your testing that removes the logo. Then later you can hook up an IAP purchase instead of the button click.
