Make Mobile Server through hotspot.

    I want to make a mobile game which can play by multiplayer locally.

    Procedure: One of the mobile host (hotspot-wifi) for other mobiles which can connect to the network via that hotspot-wifi.
    The mobile which generates/host (wifi) also can play. Anyone can know that how it is possible or any video tutorial link. Please tell me fast.
