5 magical effects using unity's particle system and hand made maps. Includes the following great effects : Fireball, Magical gate, poison effect, magical fire and little spell fx. To fx in action:
maybe not 20 of these, but just the impact effect for some such as the fireball, or when you go through the magical gate ... nice particles

The price is based on how much time I worked on it. After all reductions it means that I earn +- 5 euros for a pack (50% taxes in Belgium)
You don't have to justify your price. If it is too expensive you will not sell. If you sell that mean it is the right price. Simple. I just say that f you put 20 effects like this in a pack, I will buy.
If a pack is good, people can use it and the cost price of the time it would take to create it is much bigger that the investment .. you will definitly sell it. But at what price .. maybe if you ask $20 , a 100 people will buy it in a year .. maybe 50 people will if it is $40 .. maybe more .. maybe less .. you never know .. So just set the price at where you are comformtable with .. If you have dont have sales you can always make it cheaper over time... In the long run you need to collect your revenue so that you will earn an acceptable hourly rate in total.. but you will know what that is after .. lets say about 4 years of sales ... If I had a need for them I would be willing to pay between $5-$10 per 'usefull' particle effect .. so IMHO your pack could be priced somewhere between $25-$50 - lets say .. $35 kind regards, Martijn Segers WyrmTale Games
It is possible to customize those effects (colors, speed, scale) ? Etc.. It will be great for you, to create fews packs like this one : Vol 1.2.3.4 etc.. with differents effects at this price, lots of people will buy it. And an alternative site to buy directly them, because asset store is cool but sometimes prices will up (VAT) etc... Thanks a lot !!! Best Regards.

Can you create prefabs for all the effects in your package? I am having issues with the FireWall - it is not working for me when I remove your standard assets folder (imported with your project). Also when you place the firewall and start a scene it moves to 0,0,0 which is odd and does not really work well. All other effects looks and work great.

That fireball effect is epic! Im afraid there is not much you can do about ppl distributing your stuff. Best way is to make sure you have high quality stuff at good price and support (which you have no doubt about it)
