Bug macOS installer does not install Android SDK, NDK, OpenJDK

I am trying to setup a unity build server thus I am using Unity installers and not a Unity Hub because it is supposed to utilize a Unity Licensing Server and not my own Unity license and I do not want to sign in in Unity Hub at all.

But installing Android Build Support through installer omits Android SDK, NDK and OpenJDK installs. I believe this is a bug.

No SDK, NDK and OpenJDK folders in /Applications/Unity/PlaybackEngines/AndroidPlayer/
