macOS app size - Unity is including disabled dylibs

    I was researching why and update with no substantial content changes was showing up as a 50MB increase on a 190MB app. It turns out a large part of that is because Unity is now including dylibs and dlls in the macOS app bundle for packages that are disabled.

    In fact, it includes *every single* package under built-in packages in the package manager, whether those are enabled or not in both Contents/MacOS and Contents/Resources/Data/Managed/
