Machine identification is invalid for current license

Hi, so I got a new computer about 2 months ago an only just installed Unity on it, I had Unity before on a laptop which is now broken. When I try to activate a free license on the unity hub it shows "Machine identification is invalid for current license" at the bottom of my screen. I am using the same account that I used on my broken laptop and I'm also using the same hard drive, I want to keep using that account because there are some projects I'd like to get of the cloud.

P.S. I've tried uninstalling then reinstalling unity hub and the version of unity that I'm using (The latest one) but it still doesn't work.
