    Hi,

I'm wondering why my macbook air 2015 closes down unity? Is it not powerfull enough to work with unity 5?

    my specs:
    High sierra 10.13.1
    MacBook Air (13-inch, Early 2015)
    1,6 GHz Intel Core i5
    8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB

    cheers!

It's certainly powerful enough (my 2012 MacBook Pro does just fine). What do you mean by "closes down"? Do you have a crash log?

Thanks for the response. I dont have a crashlog but i i'm just starting with unity trying out the rolling ball tutorial and unity closes when i press a random button in unity after a minute or 3-4 after it showed the loading cursor of apple for a few seconds.

I have the same model of MacBook air and I'm having the same problem. Seems to be a problem when rendering the Game tab. I've just added a few of elements on the scene and as soon as I access to the Game tab Unity crashes. Sometimes even the Mac itself crashes and gets re-started.
