Mac standalone: Thread 'UnityLookForNewInputDevices' was not cleaned up

    My Windows standalone player runs fine.

    The game runs fine inside the Mac editor but crashes in the mac standalone player with only this in the output.log:

    Thread 'UnityLookForNewInputDevices' was not cleaned up!
    (Filename: Line: 499)

    How can I debug this without creating a project from scratch and inserting components one by one ?


    System: Unity 4.2.0f4 on OSX 10.8.4

    Solution: uncheck Mac App Store Validation in the Build Settings. Sorry :!:

    Where is this check ? I am using Unity 4.7
