Currently Unity doesn't seem to import updated bundles correctly.

    Try this.
    1. make an empty bundle and throw it into Unity plugins folder
    2. make a function that links to the bundle. (this function is NOT implemented in the bundle)
    3. run it and you'll get an EntryPointNotFoundException (of course)
    4. now implement the function in the bundle
    5. delete the old bundle from unity
    6. put the updated bundle in unity
    7. run it and youll get the EntryPointNotFoundException again

My work around is to delete the old bundle from unity. go to Assets->reimport all assets then drag the updated bundle back into Unity. This seems to force unity to detect the changes...sometimes. Sometimes you'll just get a DLLNotFoundException.

I can't seem to replicate it all the time. it's pretty annoying.

Anyone else have any issues like this? It's driving me crazy.

Usually you'd close Unity so it releases the bundle. Then, when Unity restarts it'll load the updated bundle, as you'd expect. Modifying a bundle and your Unity project at the same time isn't really recommended.
