Mac getting sluggish after doing a PVRTC 'Apply'

    Anyone else noticed their Mac getting sluggish after doing a PVRTC 'Apply' on a particular big texture, say 4K?

    This just in, Mac's slow down when doing lots of work. News at 11.

    @Jessy, yes, until recently I haven't had any 4K PVRTC textures.

    @Jtbentley_v2, this is _after_ doing lots of work, not when.

    Jokes aside, one of the older versions of Unity would leak memory pretty badly, and we were never able to reimport one of our projects (was about 5gb of source files though). They later fixed it. Are you using the latest Unity?
