    Hi guys

Started to learn unity a couple months ago, did the roll a ball, space shooter and started to do the survival shooter project, until other things in life got in the way. (Yes yes, cry me a river and all that! :) )
So anyway, back to me again, i kinda feel like i've forgotten everything i went through before and have been looking at tutorials outside this site, none really have grabbed my attention as of yet, and trust me i've browsed a few!
Looking on the lynda.com site, there seems to be a decent amount of info on there, so i'm just wondering if anyone has tried them and got any good feedback from their material.

    That was long winded....

I've tried a few but the beginner ones aren't really beginner if you're brand new. I'd recommend doing simple tutorials ones on youtube first. There's alot of great ones on teaching section of this forum.

If you're hearing-impaired, Lynda.com is best for you.

I believe he is mentioning it as a specific advantage of the site, not as a comment on you.

Well, I am also a newbie and learning unity with c# scripting.
and I did all 3 beginner tutorials in unity startup learning and they were awesome..

Lynda tutorials are good for learning basics of Unity interface
I have seen both Lynda essential tutorials (3.5 & 4.3) thoroughly and both atleast gives insight to basics of Unity..

If you dont have any idea about Programming then I would recommend to you look into the basics of either C# or javascript to get atleast the basics of it ...
