LWRP pipeline asset keeps disappearing. Cannot create again.

Hi All

I have been working with my LWRP project for months, had found any problem with render pipeline asset. It started yesterday when I restarted my computer, everything went pink, and the render pipeline assets is missing.
LWRP pak has been removed and installed again, but still I could not create renderpipeline asset! (no right click menu for that)
Upgraded my project from 2019.1.7 -> 2019.1.14. Still missing
Had to wipe out the entire project and re-install my backup project then it works.

However, it happens now again right after I restarted the computer. All pink! No render pipeline!, Cannot remove and reinstall project over and over again. as it takes ages!
