LWRP Performance Issues On Oculus Quest

    Hi, I converted a project of mine to the LWRP which hit 72 FPS comfortably in the test scene (I'm wanting to use LWRP as there is a more demanding scene in which I hope it will help).

    To convert it, I cloned the project imported the LWRP package from the package manager, did edit>Render Pipeline> Upgrade project materials... which has worked perfectly and runs very well on desktop, however when I build for the Oculus Quest I get about 55fps and it feels even worse.

    When I profile the app it shows as V-Sync causing the issue (which can't be turned off on Quest, however, I do have it turned off in project settings. Aside from that, the project seems to run really well (about 5ms per frame). I've attached a screenshot of the profile.

    Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated as I've looked everywhere and can't seem to find a solution.
