LWRP doesn't work with AR Foundation?

First of all... I'm absolutely aware of https://forum.unity.com/threads/arfoundation-now-supports-lightweight-renderpipeline.564526/
BUT:
HOW can I create an AR BACKGROUND RENDERER ASSET ?
There's no LWRP Support anywhere. I found such a thing in the Runtime Folder of the packages. But how can I actually create one?

If you are using Unity 2019.1 with AR foundation 2.1.0. Download the LWRP support folder in Assets from this link: https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/arfoundation-samples/tree/lwrp-support-2019.1-with-2.1

 

Does this still exist? Can't find it now

Alright... so what should I do to make it work with ARFoundation?
